Scope & Responsibility
Security services represent an indispensable national necessity with huge demand for disciplined, combat-trained retired soldiers. To meet society's security requirements while ensuring dignified rehabilitation for our soldier community, the Royal Commanders Security Force (RCSF) offers a unique security employment program—enabling every soldier to perform, lead, and earn like an independent entrepreneur.
Priority of Selection
All retired personnel from Defence forces (Army, Navy & Air Force) and CAPFs (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB) are eligible to apply on a priority first-come, first-served basis for the entry-level Platoon Security Commander (PSC) position. Selected commanders will lead and control security guard commanders of up to 200 personnel as per RCSF standard operational guidelines.
