Security services, a big need of the country, and there is a huge demand of retired soldiers for security purpose. Therefore, to meet the need of the society as well as rehabilitation of the Soldiers Community, the Royal Commanders Security Force (RCSF) offering a unique security employment program, through this every Soldier will be able to perform and earn like an entrepreneur in the society.
All forces retired personnel (Defence (Army, Navy & Air Force) and CAPFs) can apply for Royal Commanders Security Force (RCSF) for entry level of Platoon Security Commander (PSC) position on first come and first serve basis and he must be capable to command and control the security guard commanders of 200 personnel as per the operational guidelines of the RCSF.
It is observed that after retirement, the maximum soldiers have need to do something better for the second career of life to fulfill the needs of the family. Many of us try in various business opportunities and get stuck due to inexperience and other reasons and face challenges. Therefore, a risk-free opportunity based on experienced team support is required for the entire Retired Soldiers Community for 100% success results. Registered as Platoon Security Commander (PSC). Refer and recommend further PSC, a capable retired soldier who can command and control up to 200 deployed guard commanders’ duties, will give opportunity of new job and huge monthly income in the area of deployment. The RCSF offers monthly regular income option.
PSC offer is open for all new interested veterans as well as already running security company can get reg as PSC and avail advantage of RCSF platform. Already running security company with PSARA can also join as PSC and get all facility like a new PSC.
The PSC will be local office of RCSF and rep the RCSF for all operation need of the AOR (Area of responsibility). The role of PSC will be recruitment and placement in their respective area for jobs of all kinds. Along with, responsibility of each PSC will be as follows:
Set up PSC (Platoon Security Commander) office at available location and display sign board.
Identify existing Security need in the area and plan marketing of the all the category of Security product.
Identify the new security related project for the Schools, Mall, RWA, Offices, Factory etc. in their respective area of responsibility.
Be prompt and readily available for the communication with each caller and lead.
Being a Commander and guide for the new business, PSC have to prepare new Royal Commanders to lead.
Setup a target for minimum monthly business plan in terms of number of deployment of guards.
Share the MIS through RCSF Mob Application on daily basis.
The validity of the proposed target is six months for PSC, the registration is valid for one calendar year.
